Download Norman and get started on your phone
Install the iPhone or Android app, sign in to your existing account and find your way around.

Norman's mobile app is for the everyday jobs you want to finish without opening a laptop: capture a receipt, check a transaction, prepare an invoice or ask Norman a question. You can use it alongside the web app.
1. Download the official app
- iPhone or iPad: Norman Finance in the App Store.
- Android: Norman Finance on Google Play.
The store name may be localized, for example Norman Finanzen. Check that the developer is Norman AI. Use the store page to check device compatibility and install updates. TestFlight is for invited testers, not the normal iPhone download route.
Downloading is free. Some actions and higher usage limits require a paid plan; installing the app does not purchase one.
2. Sign in or create an account
- Open Norman and choose Log in if you already use Norman on the web.
- Enter the email address and password for that account. Complete two-factor authentication if requested.
- If you are new, choose registration and complete the setup questions for your actual business.
- Check the account and company details before adding records.
Your saved business records belong to your Norman account, not to a separate mobile account. Use the same login to work with them on the web and phone. Do not create a second account just because you changed devices.
3. Find the right section

Partner-managed accounts can have different menus. Some tasks open a web screen inside the app. Use the desktop web app for larger reviews, imports and company year-end work.
Try one useful task
Start with one receipt, one invoice or one question in chat. Check the result before continuing.
You need an internet connection for sign-in, synchronization, AI processing and saving to Norman. Do not assume an unfinished draft or upload has reached your account.
