How many invoices can I create for free?
The Free plan includes unlimited invoices and e-invoices. You can use your own logo, and Norman does not add a watermark.
Does Norman create compliant German e-invoices?
Yes. Norman creates ZUGFeRD invoices that follow EN 16931. The PDF contains structured invoice data that your clients can process automatically.
Can Norman read incoming e-invoices?
Yes. Upload a ZUGFeRD or XRechnung file under Documents. Norman reads the supplier, date, amount and VAT from its structured data.
Can I customize my invoice design?
Yes. The Free plan includes one template, while paid plans include seven. You can adjust the logo, colour, font and element sizes.
How can my clients pay an invoice?
You can add a Stripe payment link or an EPC QR code for bank transfers. Clients open the link or scan the code from the invoice.
Can Norman manage due dates and reminders?
Yes. Norman tracks the payment status and due date of each invoice. Paid plans include automatic reminders and recurring invoices.
Can I create an invoice without a saved client?
