Team members and access for your accountant

How to invite colleagues and your accountant to your company in Norman, what team members can do and what only the company owner can do, such as filing the JPK_V7.

Updated

You can invite colleagues and your accountant to your company in Norman. Each person logs in with their own account.

Invite a team member

  1. Open Account → Team.
  2. Under Team members, click Invite and enter the email address.
  3. The invited person gets an email and joins with Accept & join.

Members can view and manage invoices, transactions, taxes and documents. They also get the tax deadline reminders. Pending invitations count towards the seat limit.

Team access is part of the paid plans.

Invite your accountant

Under Invite your Accountant, enter the email address of your accountant or accounting office and click Send invite. Your accountant gets direct access to the company's data. Remove access with Revoke access. You can invite an accountant on the Free plan too.

If you prefer to hand over your data as files, use the export: see Exporting data for your accountant.

What only the owner can do

The person with the Owner role:

  • invites and removes team members and accountants,
  • sees and changes the PESEL,
  • files the JPK_V7 and its corrections with the tax office,
  • confirms sending invoices issued before Norman could send them to KSeF,
  • manages the plan and payments,
  • archives the company.

A team member can check the JPK report and download the XML file, but only the owner can file the JPK_V7 from Norman.

What Norman does not do yet

  • It has no roles with limited permissions: there are only the Owner and Member roles, and a member has access to all of the company's data.
