A register linked to documents
Trace report amounts back to transactions and documents. Review the period, counterparty tax ID and VAT treatment, including foreign transactions.
Choose a submission method
The app shows methods available for your company and report, including supported electronic submission or an XML workflow. Signature and authorisation details depend on the method.
Status, corrections and UPO
Track the submission result and retain the UPO after acceptance. Downloading XML or starting a submission is not proof of acceptance; a correction is handled separately.
Every amount has a trail
Example month: PLN 10,000 net sales and PLN 2,000 net purchases, both at 23% VAT. Assuming full deduction and no other entries.
| In Norman | What you review | |
|---|---|---|
| Output VAT | PLN 2,300 | From the sales register to invoices and transactions. |
| Input VAT | PLN 460 | From the purchase register to expense documents. |
| VAT due | 2,300 − 460 = PLN 1,840 | Review the declaration before submission. |

Which plan includes tax workflows?
For limited companies, tax workflows are included in Max. The JDG plan includes sole-trader books and taxes. See pricing for details.
Where can I check that the report was accepted?
Check the processing result and UPO attached to the submission. Starting a submission and downloading XML are not confirmation of acceptance.
