Upload a receipt. Review the extracted data.
Add photos and PDFs to your company’s documents. Norman extracts the details and helps connect the expense to a transaction, so the receipt does not end up in a separate folder.

Photos, PDFs and a document inbox
Upload a file in the app or forward a document to your company’s inbox address. See its processing status and the details to review.
Review NIP and VAT
Check the document type, buyer’s NIP, supplier country and VAT amount. Extracting a tax rate from a receipt does not by itself establish a right to deduct VAT.

What if OCR reads something incorrectly?
Open the document and transaction, compare the result with the original and correct the data before approval. The original file remains available for review.
