Ask Norman which expenses still have no receipt. Norman searches your connected sources, reads what it finds and attaches it to the matching bank transaction. Ideal before the VAT return and for anyone who collects invoices by email or in a drive.

Open the chat in Norman, in the browser or the app, and write for example:

What you get
Norman lists the transactions without a receipt and searches Google Drive or Microsoft 365 if you connected them as sources. Matching files show up as candidates. Once you say yes, Norman reads them and attaches them to the right transaction.

Claude pulls the open transactions from Norman and lists them with date, amount and payee. If Gmail is connected in Claude, Claude searches it for the matching invoices right away.

Where does Norman look for receipts?
In the sources you connect, such as Google Drive or Microsoft 365, and in everything you upload, photograph or forward to your document inbox. Norman searches when you ask, and in Google Drive it only reads files you selected.
Which formats does Norman read?
PDFs, photos and screenshots, plus e-invoices in ZUGFeRD and XRechnung format. With e-invoices, Norman takes the data straight from the file.
What happens to receipts without a matching transaction?
They stay in your documents until a matching transaction arrives. Norman keeps checking new transactions and matches the receipt then.
