Looking for an inFakt alternative? Bring invoicing, documents, banking and taxes into one place. Start with the sales invoices you already have in inFakt.
Create invoices, collect documents and match them to transactions. AI helps read and organise the data, while you review the result.
Choose the workflow for your business: KPiR or a revenue register for a JDG, and accounting ledgers for a company. Set your tax regime and VAT status before starting.
Review transactions and the VAT register before preparing JPK_V7. Documents and payments remain linked so report amounts are easier to trace.
If you also use an accounting service, agree the handover date with your accountant and collect your existing books. Importing invoices is a separate step from changing your accounting service.
Start with a small batch. Import time depends on invoice volume and the source service’s API availability.

Choose goods or services. Check invoices ready for import, already imported items and documents needing attention. Confirm they belong to the selected company.
Check numbers, dates, currencies and VAT. Match actual payments, enter opening balances and verify reports for your first period.
Review the preview first. Data is added to your company only after you confirm.
| After importing into Norman | |
|---|---|
| Standard sales invoices | Numbers, dates, line items, currencies and VAT. Revenue transactions await review. |
| Invoice drafts | Remain drafts. They do not create issued-invoice revenue. |
| Recipients and PDFs | Recipient details from the imported invoices and available original PDFs. |
| Payments | Connect your bank or import a statement and match payments separately. |
| Other history | Prepare corrections, advances, expenses, fixed assets, opening balances and filed returns separately. |
Create an account, select your Polish company and review your first import.
Start for freeNo. Import reads data. It does not reissue or resend invoices, change them in the source tool or close your account there.
Norman recognises invoices already imported from the same source account and marks them in the preview. Avoid importing the same documents through API, PDF and KSeF in parallel.
Payment amounts recorded by the source are retained in the import record, but invoices await matching to actual payments. Keep closed periods, filed returns and UPO receipts in your archive; the sales import does not transfer them.
Review documents needing attention in the preview. Corrections, advances and unsupported VAT variants need a separate transfer. For foreign-currency invoices, check currency, exchange rate and VAT treatment before approving transactions.
Yes, you can create a free Norman account. Check the Polish pricing page for paid features. API access in your previous tool may depend on its plan and your account permissions.
