Every creator receives a clear brief, product access, and one specific problem to address. We test different openings, not three versions of the same sentence.

You do not need to pretend you have been a Norman customer for years. We do not want staged testimonials. You test a real workflow, use your own words, and only say what you have verified yourself.

The essentials
Here is what you should know before applying. We confirm every detail of the assignment in writing before production begins.
Do I need to use Norman already?
No. What matters more is that you genuinely know the day-to-day reality of a UG or GmbH. You receive product access for production and only show features you have tested yourself.
Do I need a large audience?
No. For UGC, your reach is secondary. Natural German, a credible business context, and the ability to deliver a clear hook and understandable product demo matter most.
Do I have to post the video on my account?
Not automatically. Production, posting, and partnership ads are agreed and paid for separately.
Which usage rights are included?
We agree the exact scope in writing before the assignment. For the pilot, we usually plan 90 days of paid usage in Germany. Extensions, posting, and exclusivity are agreed separately.
