The Norman Edge Node is installed in your office. The Advisor Workspace, the client portal, and the AI models run entirely on-premise.

Your clients upload documents through a secure portal, connect their bank, or import CSV — everything lands directly on your box.

Local AI agents extract documents, categorise, reconcile accounts, detect missing paperwork, and draft client messages.
Review & file
You review the return, your client approves that exact version, and filing goes through your own ELSTER certificate — with a complete audit trail.

Where does the data live?
On the box in your office — database, documents, communications, and certificates. There is no cloud AI: the models run locally too. Backups are encrypted and stay with you.

Through your own ELSTER certificate, after your review and your client's approval. Every approval is cryptographically bound to the exact reviewed version, and every step is auditable.
