ZAW-FA: KSeF permissions

How do I prepare the document?
- Check KSeF guidance to see whether your entity needs ZAW-FA. A sole trader and a company may use different authentication methods.
- Open ZAW-FA on the Ministry website. Version 3 applies from 1 February 2026.
- Check representation and signatures. KSeF lists paper, e-Urząd Skarbowy or e-Doręczenia; ePUAP is not an effective route from 1 January 2026.
