How do I prepare the document?
- Use UPL-1 for electronic declarations. General authority PPO-1 does not replace UPL-1.
- Get the current UPL-1 from the Ministry website. Enter both parties and the validity period; check representation.
- Use the applicable e-Urząd Skarbowy service or the paper route described on gov.pl. Keep confirmation.
