The founders are repeat entrepreneurs with experience in fintech, AI, and B2B SaaS. We are spread across Berlin, London, and Warsaw. We value quality and taste. We are focused on solving specific, meaningful problems and catering to our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) rather than piling up features for no one. The first product we are building will automate tax filing for digital freelancers in Germany.

We're on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset to play a pivotal role in launchinh our customer acquisition efforts. This position is ideal for marketing professionals with a proven track record that are ready to take the next career step.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Optimization:
Lead the development and execution of all marketing strategies, focusing on performance related digital channels.
Roll up your sleeves and identify blogs/platforms to target and actively manage campaigns, from ideation to execution, ensuring every detail is fine-tuned for maximum impact.
Oversee organic marketing campaigns as well as email and social.
Data-Driven Insights:
Implement and dive into analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
Implement hands-on optimization strategies based on data, continually refining campaigns for optimal ROI.
Ownership:
Take ownership of channel marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and providing regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Lead and engage freelancers that are supporting various marketing initiatives and/or channels.
Collaboration and Agile Teamwork:
Work in agile, cross-functional teams, aligning marketing initiatives with product releases.
Work together with product management on growth initiatives that require technical development.
Insight:
Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform and iterate marketing strategies.
Stay close to customers by engaging and speaking with them.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-4+ years of experience in performance marketing for SaaS and B2B Marketing, ideally with a focus on fintech.
Having managed and hands on deployed smaller performance marketing budgets.
Having worked at an early stage startup, preferably within fintech or financial services.
Strong hands-on experience with digital marketing platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant tools.
Exceptional analytical skills, interpreting and acting on complex data sets, especially with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager and Co.
Proven ability to lead and execute projects with a strong focus on results across different stakeholders.
Startup mentality with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced high pressure environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Clear thinking is clear writing. And clear writing is clear communication.
Proficiency in English and German.
